Hi, I'm Katherine—and I know what it's like to feel stuck in patterns that don't serve you. For years, I struggled with emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, and the endless cycle of restriction and bingeing. I tried every diet, every "quick fix," and every wellness trend out there. But nothing worked—because none of them addressed the real issue: my relationship with myself.

That's when I realized that true transformation doesn't come from willpower or restriction. It comes from understanding your emotions, healing your mindset, and reconnecting with your body. I became a certified life coach and earned my NASM certification in nutrition and wellness coaching because I wanted to help others break free from the same struggles I faced.

Today, The Kore Method is my life's work—a holistic approach that combines mindset coaching with nutrition and wellness guidance. I don't believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in doing the deep work: addressing your emotional patterns, building sustainable habits, and creating a life where you feel balanced, confident, and free.
